Services

Three ways to put a hand on the brake.

Independent technical advice on AI architecture. Every engagement is scoped individually, and you only need the one that fits where you are.

Where are you at the moment?

Service

Assess

Understand before you commit

You get

Architecture & Risk Review

Prioritized findings and recommended next steps.

A scoped technical review, not a formal certified audit.

Discuss an Assessment

A scoped review of existing or proposed AI architecture. I look for weaknesses, risks and avoidable complexity before they become expensive.

Good fit if

You already run AI in production, or a proposed design is about to be approved, and you want an independent second look first.

Questions I help answer

  • Where does our data actually flow, and who can reach it?
  • Which parts of this design are more complex than the problem requires?
  • What would fail first, and what would that cost us?

What is covered

Data flows and integrations, access management, infrastructure and reliability, security considerations and unnecessary complexity.

Service

Design

Make the right decisions early

You get

Architecture Blueprint & Roadmap

A document your team or delivery partner can build from.

Advisory work. Hands-on delivery is not automatically included.

Discuss a Blueprint

A technical blueprint and roadmap for new or existing AI systems, built around your business needs, your security requirements and the way your organization actually operates.

Good fit if

You are about to build or extend an AI system and want the key decisions made deliberately before the build starts.

Questions I help answer

  • What do we build first, and what do we deliberately leave out?
  • How do we keep it secure, observable and operable once it is live?
  • Which trade-offs are we accepting, and are they the right ones?

What is covered

Components and interfaces, controls, trade-offs and implementation stages.

Service

Oversee

Keep the right direction

You get

Technical Review Notes

Written up after each agreed milestone. In agreement with you, also the Architecture & Risk Review and the blueprint and roadmap.

Not day-to-day project management, and no promise to certify outcomes.

Discuss Milestone Reviews

Periodic independent advice at agreed milestones: checking key decisions and emerging risks while the implementation moves forward. It can include the blueprint and roadmap, so you have one independent advisor from the first decision to delivery.

Good fit if

A build is underway and you want an independent check at agreed milestones, without adding another project manager.

Questions I help answer

  • Are the decisions we made still holding up?
  • What new risk has appeared since we started building?
  • Do we need to adjust course before it gets expensive?

Ways to Work Together

Scoped to your situation.

Assess and Design are scoped engagements with a defined deliverable. Oversee covers both and stays involved as you build, with reviews at agreed milestones. Start with any of them.

Direct Project Advisory

Work with me directly on a defined question or project. Scope, price and deliverables are agreed individually, so you only pay for the advice you need.

Open to Consultancy Partnerships

Available for future collaboration with consultancies and delivery partners who need an independent architecture perspective on a client engagement.

Not sure which fits?

Describe your situation and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
